The Honourable Delhi High Court ruled that section 166B Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 requires the results of the post-mortem examination to form part of an ongoing investigation in the UK.  The Supreme Court agreed.  The requirement in Section 166B has been met since the UK Police Serious Crime Command report dated 26 May 2008, yet no post-mortem has been conducted in India.
